Kahlua Pork

Marinate a bone-in pork overnight in the fridge in the crockpot bowl seasoned with:
about 1-2 T liquid smoke
about 1-2 T salt
garlic, onion, pepper... and anything else you think would be interesting (e.g. BBQ sauce or hawaiian marinade)

Then cook it in the crockpot on low for 10-16 hours. (It depends how pink you like it) It should just fall off the bone when it's ready. We usually eat it with rice and put some kind of sauce over it. Hawaiian BBQ Sauce is amazing!
