Frozen White Chocolate Yogurt Pretzels

Ingredients:
  • 1 Serving Reduced Fat Snyders Pretzels
  • 3/4 Box Sugar Free/ Fat Free White Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • 1/2 Cup Plain Fat Free Chobani Yogurt
Directions:
  1. In a mixing bowl combine yogurt and pudding mix
  2. place in freezer for 5 minutes to get thick
  3. remove from freezer and dip pretzels in,
  4. smooth with a spatula. 
  5. place pretzels in freezer for 35 minutes.

Peanut Butter Cookies




2 cups crunchy peanut butter
2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, stir peanut butter and sugar together until smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the baking soda, salt, and vanilla. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place them 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets.
