Fajitas

Cut lengthwise: green peppers, red peppers, onions, mushrooms
Saute in butter with 2 crushed garlic cloves in hot frying pan for 5-8 minutes or until tender
Add more butter to reheated frying pan
Cut up, sear boneless skinless chicken breasts (into strips)
Brown, sear chicken 5 minutes
Add 1/2 cup salsa to chicken; cook 5 more minutes
Add already cooked vegetables--stir together and serve hot on tortillas
(It tastes good to add a spoonful of sour cream in your tortilla)
