1/2c milk (you can use soy)
1/2 c plain or vanilla yogurt
2 T peanut butter
3/4 c frozen strawberries
1/4 c granola
maybe some ice if you want it thicker
Optional- handful of spinach (you won't taste it)
Optional- Protein Powder
Mix in blender. Serve with granola and sliced banana.
