Mango Salsa

1 mango peeled and diced
1 avocado peeled and diced
4 medium tomatoes, diced
1 jalapeno seeded and minced
1/2 c chopped fresh cilantro
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp salt
2 Tblsp fresh lime juice
1/4 c chopped red onion
3 Tblsp olive oil

Combine all the ingredients except the avocado and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving. Add the avocado just before serving.
