Crockpot Spaghetti

1 lb ground beef
2 T minced onion
1 tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
2 8oz cans tomato sauce
1-1½ t Italian Seasoning
1 4oz can sliced mushrooms
3c tomato juice
4oz dry spaghetti broken into 4” pieces

Brown beef in skillet and place in crock pot. Add all remaining ingredients except dry spaghetti. Stir well. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours (high 3-5). Turn to high heat last hour & stir in dry spaghetti. Serves 4.
